Comparing Vaccine-Takers to Sheep

"A team-builder in Germany used about 700 sheep and goats to form the shape of a COVID-19 vaccine syringe on Monday (1/3). Food was placed on the ground to lure the animals into place. The man said he wanted to spread the message about getting vaccinated."

In 2021, the 75% of Americans fully vaccinated produced under 20% of the Covid deaths, while the 25% unvaccinated Americans produced over 80% of the Covid deaths.

In 2021, the 75% of Americans fully vaccinated produced under 31% of Covid cases; while the 25% unvaccinated Americans produced nearly 70% of Covid cases.

This means the US unvaccinated had a 5X higher chance of contracting Covid compared to the vaccinated per capita, and that overall the unvaccinated had about a 15X higher probability of Covid death per capita.

Note: since 'Long Covid' occurs in 15% to 25% of Covid cases, that means there is also a 5X higher prevalence of Long Covid per capita among the unvaccinated.

@specman Death certificates are generated at the city and county level by city & county medical examiners AKA coroners. States and the CDC accumulate the numbers from cities & counties.

So if you're positing fake death certificates, you're also positing a GiAnTt CoNsPiRaCy among thousands of city & county medical examiners, doctors, hospitals, etc. And not just in the US but all over the developed world. A GiAnTt CoNsPiRaCy with zero leakers and zero whistleblowers. Do you really believe in said GiAnTt CoNsPiRaCy??

UPDATE: Fox News - yeah, the first amendment includes the right to lie. Big deal.

Louisiana federal appeals court rules against Biden in Facebook, Twitter censorship case

A federal appeals court in Louisiana has upheld a district judge's order banning much of the Biden administration from communicating with social media companies like Facebook about controversial online posts.

The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals ruling prevents the White House, surgeon general, FBI and Centers for Disease Control from influencing a platform's content moderation decisions.

Biden's attorneys are expected to appeal the decision to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Louisiana U.S. Judge Terry Doughty issued the temporary injunction on July 4 while he considers a lawsuit accusing government officials of colluding with Facebook, YouTube and X, formerly Twitter, to suppress conservative voices about the COVID pandemic and Hunter Biden's laptop.

The 5th Circuit did narrow Doughty's ruling by removing the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Agency and the State Department from the order.

Republican Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry and Missouri's former attorney general and now U.S. Sen. Eric Schmitt filed the lawsuit.

Landry called the ruling "a major win against censorship, totalitarianism, and Biden" in a tweet.

Biden's attorneys argued in their appeal that Doughty's temporary injunction could cause "grave harm" by preventing the government from “engaging in a vast range of lawful and responsible conduct.”

“These immediate and ongoing harms to the Government outweigh any risk of injury to Plaintiffs if a stay is granted,” the attorneys said.

In his ruling, Doughty said the litigants “produced evidence of a massive effort by Defendants, from the White House to federal agencies, to suppress speech based on its content.”

Doughty's ruling made exceptions for national security threats and criminal activity.

He said the plaintiffs were likely to win their ongoing lawsuit and his injunction blocked much of the executive branch from "encouraging, pressuring, or inducing in any manner the removal, deletion, suppression, or reduction of content containing protected free speech.”

Doughty, 64, a Republican nominated by Trump in 2017, was confirmed by the Senate in 2018 on a 98-0 vote.

@specman As I said, the first amendment includes the right to lie. The Biden admin is getting into trouble for trying to suppress lies on FaceBook and YouTube about the pandemic.

Show us where The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals says in any way shape or form that the Biden admin or the CDC is lying in any way about the pandemic.

That ruling is only about the government's methodology of fighting lies. BTW, did you notice, the 5th Circuit exempted the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Agency and the State Department from the earlier ruling. Those organizations can still communicate with FaceBook and YouTube about dangerous lies on their platforms.

@ElwoodBlues yes it shows they did lie.

@ElwoodBlues federal appeals court ruled Friday that the Biden administration likely violated the First Amendment by pressuring social-media platforms to censor posts about Covid-19 and elections.

The Fifth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruling says that the White House likely “coerced the platforms to make their moderation decisions by way of intimidating messages and threats of adverse consequences.” The panel of three judges found that the administration “significantly encouraged the platforms’ decisions by commandeering their decision-making processes, both in violation of the First Amendment.”

A lower court previously placed restrictions on the Biden administration’s communications with social-media platforms; those restrictions applied to a number of government agencies, including the Department of Health and Human Services, the State Department, Homeland Security, and the U.S. Census Bureau.

After temporarily blocking the order, the Fifth Circuit judges have now modified the order to apply only to the White House, the surgeon general, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the FBI.

That doesn't say the defendants lied. It says the defendants illegally pressured social media platforms to suppress lies.
