What would you do with such a huge hospital debt?

I owe a Palm Springs hospital many thousands and insurance isn't covering the bulk of it. What would you do? I'm literally drowning in debt right now.

Don't pay. It is easier to just move out of state.

Let's normalize doing illegal things when the legal alternative is pretty much unethical.
