I had a unexpected seizure.
As in I can usually sense when I'm about to have one and try to limit risks by moving myself to safety. This one was quick and different to usual.
I couldn't move my arm because it was too stiff, that doesn't happen often. Not to my arms. I've never felt my muscle pull to this extent. It was different this time. I usually have the right side of my body seizing more than my left. This time it was the left side with only my right arm.
Even after the seizure I couldn't move my arm. I didn't panic, I was just confused. My dad tried helping me move my arm, when I said I couldn't, he burst into tears. That was again, unexpected. I told him he's gonna have to stop or he's gonna make me cry. I did tear up but not because I was in pain, just because I've only ever seen him cry like that on a few occasions.
I know he feels helpless and wants to help but he can't help me the way you wants to. I've been down this road before but that's a different conversation lol
