I Had An Embarrassing Moment

This happened in 4th grade, I was 11 yrs. Old. We were all sitting down for reading time. Our teacher was reading a chapter book to us. I usually sat in the back of the crowd. I was sitting a little crossed leg/indian style. I had my hands to the floor in front of me. I had a female classmate sitting next to me, she had long black hair and a brownish skin tone. She was very pretty. But we were in the middle of a chapter and I accidentally farted really loud. The whole entire classroom got quiet and the teacher even stopped reading. My face blushed a really bright red. I even looked at the girl next to me, who was glancing back. I thought maybe if I stayed quiet then we'd go back to listening to her read. But the class was silent for a few minutes. Finally I just said something. "SORRY!" I said really loud. My classmates started bursting out laughing. "What did she do?" our teacher asked. "She farted!" said my male classmate named Ethan. He was still kind of laughing when he said it. Eventually after we all calmed down she went back to reading the book. I was still blushing of course.
