I watched a motorcyclist lose control on the highway last week and hit the center Jersey barriers. There were sparks everywhere, then the bike started to wobble. Amazingly, he never went down. Traffic stopped and he rolled across the highway to the right side for safety. I couldn’t see his left leg. I’m assuming it was hurt, but he definitely survived. That’s all that matters. 🙏🏻

@pancakeslam That's when I go into battle ready condition, those two things are red flags.

@Moneyonmymind The cashier apologized to me for witnessing that woman’s outburst. I told her I’d worked at Walmart and that there are customers who will try to start something if you tell them Good Morning. She said there are those who will do this stuff and call in to the headquarters and make a complaint hoping that they will get a gift card from Walmart. I think she is right on that.

@cherokeepatti TBH, as a former cashier/checker myself, I can always tell when one is poorly trained. I had one at a Walmart in Cedar Rapids, iowa, about 12 years ago that looked and acted like she had zero training and was on her first day, despite her tag indicating she had been there at least two years. One of my items wasn't even beeping and she kept trying to get it to, so I calmly told her to input the sku on the keypad, to which she refused to. I then noticed she must have accidently switched off the scanner as I didn't see any red laser lines under the glass, telling her to switch it back on, she was in an almost full blown panic and her supervisor must have heard me saying this as she came to the register to assist. After she got the scanner back up and finished my items, the supervisor asked me how I knew what to do, I told her I had eight years experience with a till, she asked me if I wanted a job, I told her I was just passing through and was picking up things to take to my niece's birthday party.
