MOM TATTOOS HER SON... FOR $$$

The one thing I hate about parenting today is that parents see kids as an extension of themselves but if your extension is unhealthy then the kid will grow up to have an unhealthy mindset, such as narcissism. Every time she speaks about her son, she says "my life" and "he's happy" (referring to her baby.) But lady, "he's" a baby, he can't understand adult stuff, of course "he's happy." Some people aren't that bright in all honesty, your baby is not an extension of yourself only, they're their own person.

This is child abuse in my opinion. Any parent making decisions to alter their child’s body that is irreversible (outside of medical interventions to save a life, or fix a deformity etc) is causing that child harm. I suppose I’d make exceptions for tribes living in remote areas who have their own customs about decorating their bodies, but certainly not in western civilization.
