How can I beat up my anxiety ?

I’m still blocked when it comes to talking to public and meeting new people. I stress out and I became unable to express myself, it’s overwhelming.

It takes a lot of time, introspection and reflection.

I find what you state in this post to be common for many people in your age range that I have come across. And to a large degree, I blame it on the inception of the internet and social media.

See, while you are connected to family, friends, followers, etcetera, there's really nothing social about the internet platform. You do not really develop social skills because you interact more with words on a screen than the sound of voices in an ongoing conversation or face to face interaction.

So, when you are faced with public speaking you really have no previous experience to serve as an example to follow.

Have you ever heard of EMDR therapy? It is used by psychologists to treat patients with traumatic stress disorders. But it can also work with anxiety. Look it up as well as how to determine which one of your eyes is your dominant eye.
