Who has tried intermittent fasting ?

And why? What does it do ?

I don’t eat after 7 pm. I think that’s kind of like intermittent fasting.
And the next day, I won’t eat until I’m hungry which could be anywhere between 8 AM and 1 PM

@Jenny1234 when you put it that way, almost everyone does some intermittent fasting.
