Genuinely asking. Is anal sex has same feeling like constipation?

TRIGGER WARNING: If you feel grossed of this topic just pass. I am genuinely asking because I never had the experience.

I suffered constipation these days due to stupid medicine I have to take. Every time I wanna take a loo, I feel very intense feeling and it very hurtful. I just gonna imagine that brown thing as a cutie dick (just to reduce painful feel like psychological thing, I dunno too many vocabulary).

Can a dick fit enough get into the hole? Can the hole flex even bigger?

Anal sex is best when the recipient's anus is properly relaxed and gently stretched over time, along with lots of lubrication. It shouldn't be painful. The reason constipation can be painful, I think, is that the hard stool is attempting to stretch out the anus so it can pass through, but too quickly for the flesh to respond without tearing or straining too much and without any form of lubrication to ease the passage..
