Oh yes the humiliation after forgetting pe kit. Been marched from the changing rooms down the cold dusty corridor in vest, pants and bare feet.

I remember the younger girls being marched from the changing rooms to the school hall in their knickers and vests for music and movement. They looked very sweet and were not too bothered by their makeshift PE kit 😊

@SunshineGirl I'm actually surprised that they were sent to the changing rooms in ghe first instance. When i was in my younger school years we just took off our clothes in the classroom boys and girls together and walked across into the hall in our underpants and vests
