Yeah, bones are fascinating things. part of the bone is very reactive and porous. Bone grafting is fascinating too. I got into studying it when someone I knew had many many bone grafts done to rebuild a part of their body. :)
@Iwantyourhotwife it was crazy. Their body rejected everything else that was inserted so they tried bone grafts and had some success.. Halfway through the long process, the person developed a bone infection and had to basically start over. It was a healing process that took years.
@Iwantyourhotwife The person uses a cane and is in a lot of pain, but they are happy not to use a wheelchair or be bedridden, and to have their limb, rather then it being cut off and getting a prosthetic. Which was an option brought up many times.
Jesus. I posted a question about my coccyx the other day. Imagine this thing with arthritis in it. Now imagine having to sit on this day in and day out. Just take a gander at that anterior!
@Iwantyourhotwife I do have it, but it's not as bad as others, don't worry managed to skim read through a lot of it. You don't need to take it down, cause it's still very interesting information on bones....despite the pictures XD
