I can't assume good faith it all too often isn't there.

I hate that it isn't but I see so much bad faith criticism and crap go on in politics that I'm extremely disillusioned.

I hear you. I've aired on the side of caution many times, and I haven't regretted it very often at all. What I've regretted was when I assumed good faith, mostly.
