Small Changes For People Who Hate Themselves

Everyday you are faced with the dissappointment, the loneliness, the lie of being you. The worst thing you can do is make some crazy plan or set goals that you know are unrealistic if you are looking to change there is no quick fix. Rome was not built in a day. If you go from doing nothing to trying to run a marathon, you won't finish or you'll burn yourself out and put yourself off.

You make small changes, things that require little to no willpower and that is how you make real changes. It also the reason why bad habits are easy to develop because it doesn't take much effort to light a cigarette or to have a drink. Takes no effort...

If you are unhygienic and you want to be cleaner don't start by blitzing your entire home. Wash your hands after you go to toilet. Easy. Wash your dish after you eat. Easy. Lift the seat when you go for a piss. Easy. If you poor don't try and save half your earnings, put a few pounds/dollars in a jar each week. Easy.

It is marginal changes that last and evolve.

And I did it again, don't know what I am talking about made it up.. don't look to strangers on the internet for the answers to life. It is very easy to articulate common sense and wisdom into something people will eat up like they didn't know it in the first place..

That's exactly what I toldy daughter when she was feeling "behind" in life. I said take one small step towards your goal and it will motivate you to take another and another.
i say. turn off your tv.
and watch life improve...

No one changes themselves or the negative things in their life overnight.
