@thepeculiarpanda I like kohlrabi sliced up with a little salt on it. It's kinda refreshing. It's slightly sweet, but it also has this mild peppery flavor..not spicy, just a little bite to it. The best way I can describe it is that it tastes kind of like the core of a cabbage. If you've ever eaten that part, it's very similar, just a little sweeter and really crunchy.

@thepeculiarpanda i i think it's best raw, but some people like it cooked like turnips.

I suggest trying it both ways
