You can’t plead the fifth with an auto pen pardon… unless of course they know the pardon is worthless.

And why would any administration need to grant over 7600 pardons in the first place ?

@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout scotus has nothing to do with the senate’s subpoena powers or their power to file criminal contempt charges against an uncooperative witness. By rule of law , a pardoned witness can not hide behind the protections provided by the 5th amendment as his attorneys know. Doing so is a violation of the law.

@saragoodtimes correct. The only person that got a hand signed pardon was hunter.
Biden wasn’t giving any back stabbers a pardon after the cocain in the White House was blamed automatically on hunter and the primary debacle with knee pads and walz.. so Elizabeth Warren was selling them..

@Gibbon They made it possible for him to keep Ivermectin away from us (because it would have negated the need for the clot shot and prevented so many thousands of deaths). He was dictating policy and the democrats were more than happy to enforce it .
