I think that to maximize life, we should learn to update our definition of 'URGENT' and learn to classify what truly belongs in the category.

Work is not life. It is just part of it.

So why do so many of us put life on hold to do things for work? People, family... they're way more important.

This world isn't based on putting family and people first. It's based on making ends meet, paying the bills to insure you have a home, food to eat, utilities and whatnot. If you own a vehicle, you will be made to pay for insurance, upkeep, gas and registration. You need to survive, even after what they call "retirement".
