What's the strangest thing you ever tried to learn?

For me it's prolly going through a course in Mongolian and old norse throat singing, and it was damn fun too

Astro projection, lucid dreaming, meditation and some stuff that won't be mentioned here.

@Groofydorkgerdo did you succeed on Astral projection?

@Groofydorkgerdo that's cool, I've tried that too and been passionate about it, but I could never seem to do it properly, not yet anyway.

@SW-User Not when I tried to, no. But when I was younger, I would project in my sleep.

@SW-User Have you ever projected?
SW-User
@Groofydorkgerdo no, I felt that I was about to but never happened and seems very interesting
Groofydorkgerdo · 56-60, M
@SW-User I was very young when it happened to.me.
Actually I thought it was natural and that every one could do it.
It wasn't until I use in my 20's when I realized how unatural, it is.
I tried doing it again some.time later, but to no avail.
I wish I would have known how special the experience was.
I wish I would have paid more attention to it.

@Groofydorkgerdo I have found stuff like that very fascinating as well, and I've always wanted to experience both astral projection and lucid dreaming, but it's never worked truly for me yet. Apart from the worst nightmare of my life, and ironically that's one time I didn't want it.

I've dabbled quite a bit in meditation and believe it's a very healthy thing. I should do it more these days tbh
