I Am a Believer In Education

Never Stop Learning!
I find that learning new things ( whether it's a new chess game strategy or a new language ) keeps my brain in gear! I've been told that when ur brain makes new synapses, you can delay dementia! Although...I care for seniors and one in particular ( 99 years old!) is a great example! She still can bake, drive and host a dinner party?!!! Her secret? Learning new things constantly! Having a lazy brain will most certainly make you unhealthy! This is my opinion. What do you think?! :-)
P.S. I help out seniors by doing chores for them and Skincare.

I agree - I think it's important to keep your mind active and how great is that for a 99 year old. My father was 96 when he died and he had such a good mind when he was alive. He even went to Shanghai with two young Chinese friends at 89. The adventurous type!
