Is anyone here fluent in Educator-speak? [I Love Education]

I am answering some short answer questions on a job application for a learning coach. If I am explaining "what learner engagement looks like and what I would do to create it?" Can I say, "I'd use explicit scaffolded differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all learners." or do I need to include a line about students with disabilties and mods/accoms? (I get 500 CHARACTERS)

If I am explaining what strategies I'd use to engage learners in difficult content, do I explain it in part depends on WHY it is difficult?" or can I talk in general.

Everyone has their own learning styles and it's fairly obvious if they're engaged... You change, you adapt you make learning interesting but you never just talk!
