Is anyone here fluent in Educator-speak? [I Love Education]

I am answering some short answer questions on a job application for a learning coach. If I am explaining "what learner engagement looks like and what I would do to create it?" Can I say, "I'd use explicit scaffolded differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all learners." or do I need to include a line about students with disabilties and mods/accoms? (I get 500 CHARACTERS)

If I am explaining what strategies I'd use to engage learners in difficult content, do I explain it in part depends on WHY it is difficult?" or can I talk in general.

People have different styles of learning... Some are self guided, some are verbal, some are hands on... You need to decide what is appropriate for the particular person and engage them
