Is anyone here fluent in Educator-speak? [I Love Education]

I am answering some short answer questions on a job application for a learning coach. If I am explaining "what learner engagement looks like and what I would do to create it?" Can I say, "I'd use explicit scaffolded differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all learners." or do I need to include a line about students with disabilties and mods/accoms? (I get 500 CHARACTERS)

If I am explaining what strategies I'd use to engage learners in difficult content, do I explain it in part depends on WHY it is difficult?" or can I talk in general.

What does Scaffolded mean. In UK it refers a temp structure around a building to enable construction or repair work to be done. The temp structure us made of heavy gauge metal poles.

@Royrogers like building on knowledge. Learning with lots of supports then taking away as they become competent. It also means temporary supports here in the U.S. in construction. ;) I will find a better definition.
