Is anyone here fluent in Educator-speak? [I Love Education]

I am answering some short answer questions on a job application for a learning coach. If I am explaining "what learner engagement looks like and what I would do to create it?" Can I say, "I'd use explicit scaffolded differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all learners." or do I need to include a line about students with disabilties and mods/accoms? (I get 500 CHARACTERS)

If I am explaining what strategies I'd use to engage learners in difficult content, do I explain it in part depends on WHY it is difficult?" or can I talk in general.

For me you are using too much jargon, (what the hell does "explicit scaffolded differentiated instruction" mean) why not talk in plain English, is that not what your learners would want.

@MrAverage1965 It is an education job. Explicit instructions and differentiation are instructional methods and strategies. They ask for strategies and methods.

@MrAverage1965 I got offered an interview for the job. I had to decline , as I accepted a better opportunity. Jargon is apparently, perfectly fine on some applications.

@Eeyore122 glad you got offered a good opportunity. I hope it goes well.

@MrAverage1965 thanks. If I could clone myself, I'd have taken the interview.
