Is anyone here fluent in Educator-speak? [I Love Education]

I am answering some short answer questions on a job application for a learning coach. If I am explaining "what learner engagement looks like and what I would do to create it?" Can I say, "I'd use explicit scaffolded differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all learners." or do I need to include a line about students with disabilties and mods/accoms? (I get 500 CHARACTERS)

If I am explaining what strategies I'd use to engage learners in difficult content, do I explain it in part depends on WHY it is difficult?" or can I talk in general.

Why are we laughing?
@Eeyore122 I wondered the same. There's nothing funny about your post. You asked a question important to you and could expect helpful answers. The laughing gesture must come from either an internet troll or someone who basically makes fun of others, no matter what the situation.
