I Think Education Is Important

When people complain about money I always encourage them to further their education. Get a certificate, diploma and/or degree it will change your life! You're never too old, it's never too late to be happy. When you know better you do better!

No you have to look at the ROI. Spending 100k for a four year degree that unless it’s in engineering will net a entry position of 60k a year is not a good ROI over 5 years.

@St0ut wow my local public university was only 20k per year and they accepted courses from the community college!

@flawedbeauty ok. That’s 80k in tuition. Plus anothe 3j for the required meal plan. And 1500 for books.

So even by your own estimation that 85k. For a 60k job at best.

If your degree is in the arts. The starting salary’s are far less.

Every time I think about the time and effort and money to get a degree. It’s not worth it.
