Looking for an answer

Im currently dropped out (not my choice)
My parents can't fund my education because my sister apparently switch uni and enrolled herself in an expensive one. I've been part timing but the salary isn't that high i also need to buy necesitty for myself. I badly want to study again, so Im just curious is there a universities that offers full scholarships? 馃槶
Full scholarships, partial scholarships, work-study programs. There are also student loans. Best to check with the admissions offices of those schools you鈥檙e interested in.

Learn to speak Norwegian. Then travel there and the government will fund your tuition, even as an American..馃樂
I think it often depends on the country where you're trying to attend school
