Good afternoon

I am an Art student. We have to hand in our last term's work on 5th January. I have been working almost every day. Writing my dissertation in the morning. Walk after lunch. Making jewellery in the afternoon. But after writing my dissertation this morning I felt like a break. I haven't been online since before Christmas and thank you those who messaged me Merry Christmas on Christmas Day. I feel sad that only now have I had those messages.

That sounds a pretty intense work schedule for you. Glad to see you taking a break, and I hope Christmas Day delighted your heart.
@firefall I just had to put the light on to see the keyboard at quarter past two in the afternoon. You know what it's like here! I have been working like stink but in college Wednesday afternoon is no lessons. It's sports afternoon when we play against other colleges. So I thought I would continue the tradition!
At Christmas the First Minister decreed we may only see others on the 25th and no other day. I had supper with my brother. That is the sum total of my celebrations. Look forward to meeting you at the global post covid party on Cefn Sidan beach. Date to be announced but may go on some time. Coaches sometime next month.

@LilirWyddfa that sounds a great idea, whenever it arrives. I had a couple of friends over for Christmas (married couple, specifically), and had a convivial time - I do enjoy cooking for friends like that.
@firefall I love cooking too. Amser cneifio, dyna beth rwy'n ei wneud!

@LilirWyddfa I can imagine - you have shearing gangs needing to be fed in enormous quantities? (thats the NZ tradition, specialist groups that move farm to farm)
@firefall Yes. It used to be a fi and fy chwaer sy wedi wneud e. But nz we havent heard from them. It doesnt happen any more.
