I swim for my college. They call us athletes but it’s not track and field! Pool! I train every day except Friday when I am in school and Sunday when I am not allowed to train.
My training isn’t just about lengths. I do drills, like kick and sculling. And 50 metres off 90 seconds. So it’s speed.
