I worked with ATR (Access to Recovery) because I had a "helping" degree and really enjoyed it.

Pfuzylogic] Working in recovery is challenging. We had a team that was devoted to clients in recovery. My clients. at that job, had severe and chronic MI. Some of the younger people had dual diagnoses, though. What field do you work in now?

@Autumnlover Working as a maintenance technician. I have an MS in Vocational and Technical Education teaching license hence my "helping" attribute!

Interesting. Are you teaching now or working in the field?
Pfuzylogic · M
@Autumnlover in the field but I have current hopes!

Good luck if you are looking for a teaching job. It's understandable that people need to take a break from teaching for a period of time.

@Autumnlover If I teach again it won't be in a conventional organization. I hope it is with high risk adults.
