i can see where you are coming from but making it legal can lead to a lot of stupidity - trust me it's best not to let people know it's okay to mate with animals
on the other hand as @SageAdvice said.. it's okay in some states - i wouldn't know cause i am not in the US but as long as it doesn't turn out badly i think we are all well
