Because it can be a form of animal/pet abuse. Simply because your forcing sexual activity on them, which they may not want to do. There's very few places where beastiality is acceptable though.

i can see where you are coming from but making it legal can lead to a lot of stupidity - trust me it's best not to let people know it's okay to mate with animals
