If a being from the second dimensional plane comes to the third in other words ours. Will it see the third dimensional world in three or two dimensions?

I'm going with the two dimensions. Perception is a thing of the mind not of sensory inputs so I think that even if it could see the third dimension, it's mind is hardwired to perceive in only two dimensions. But who the fuck knows really? :P

@JimboSaturn: the mind sees what it sees, it translates these sensory inputs into an image which is a 3D, the mind can't make up a faulty image suitable for the constant perception of 2D. 😆
it's possible that it might even shut off 😶
