Because science.

If a being from the second dimensional plane comes to the third in other words ours. Will it see the third dimensional world in three or two dimensions?

I'm going with the two dimensions. Perception is a thing of the mind not of sensory inputs so I think that even if it could see the third dimension, it's mind is hardwired to perceive in only two dimensions. But who the fuck knows really? :P

@JimboSaturn: the mind sees what it sees, it translates these sensory inputs into an image which is a 3D, the mind can't make up a faulty image suitable for the constant perception of 2D. 😆
it's possible that it might even shut off 😶

a flatlander would perceive the portion of our 3d world which intersected their 2d space

for example, if a person were to put 3 fingers into their plane, they would perceive one living being with three distinct physical manifestations

definitely 3 dimensional, the fact he/she came from the second-dimensional world doesn't change our world, I believe he/she had some space-time alteration to his/her eyes that made him/her see our world in a 3-dimensional view.
