I came out of High school in 1984 as a state High school wrestling champion, and I was offered wrestling scholarships all over the country (United States). Being dyslexic and schooling an extreme challenge for me academically I turned all the scholarships down and went into the US Army instead.

So, when you select your candidates to make offers too maybe contacting then and discussing the possible learning disabilities, they may have might get your offer's accepted more readily.

My sister got top scholarship for medicine I don’t know how much it was

I had academic scholarships every semester from Year 2 till Year 4 of Engineering study.

I didn't do well in first year though.

I had academic and athletic scholarships in my day . My oldest daughter is on an academic scholarship and my son is an entering Freshman and was awarded an academic scholarship for basically acing the SATs last year . It seems if you have good grades and going into the right program , scholarships materialize . I also had a PELL grant , being abused and adopted by a retired college prof made that happen. Mom
