Licenses for All animal sanctuary?

yes, and I have. I need to know the type of license I need from the authorities though. Ive tried research and nothing really comes up

@cherokeepatti: Thats the problem. I dont quite know where exactly I want it to be. I was just looking for a general idea of what to go for

@Hallow1331: You have to have money and have a place zoned for that type of thing, and if you want donations then you have to set it up with IRS as a charity and keep accounting books on every donation and every expense associated with this organization including mileage or whatever.

@cherokeepatti: i know. I figured that part as much. I'm going to go to college to get degrees in environmental and animal sciences which will hopefully help first, And then decide a place before getting the money and licenses

@Hallow1331: in the meanwhile talk to other people who are running animal sanctuaries and learn from them, they can tell you a lot more than all of us here at SW put together.
