Licenses for All animal sanctuary?

what do i need to get the licenses? what type of license do i need? anyone know?

Probably varies by state...there are a lot of laws dealing with various types of wild animals and you need to learn them before you even think about an animal sanctuary.

@cherokeepatti: i know. I figured that part as much. I'm going to go to college to get degrees in environmental and animal sciences which will hopefully help first, And then decide a place before getting the money and licenses

@Hallow1331: in the meanwhile talk to other people who are running animal sanctuaries and learn from them, they can tell you a lot more than all of us here at SW put together.

@Hallow1331: There's always more than one way to skin a cat (oops poor taste). Have you located a sanctuary that you can model your business after and contact them?
