dont you think its sad that some people over the age of 45 still live in rented accommodation?

I've always lived in apartments, and with roommates. A house is an unnecessary responsibility. I've never wanted to own one, nor did I ever want to have to work hard enough to own one, and you're looking at making monthly mortgage payments for 30 years!
