If you could create a Vault like in Fallout, what crazy social experiment would you do ?

I always thought it would be cool to lock someone in a room with nothing other than a button that fires a nuclear missile at a city when pressed, labeled appropriately and as credibly as possible. I wonder how long it would take before the intrusive thoughts win.
