How do you deal with Writer's block?

I let it come, when it comes. And then it comes in a deluge! 馃槅
I often forget the original point. And then have to go back over the whole piece of writing.
It keeps going back and forth until I am too exhausted to post anything.
I have thousands of pieces I have never completed or posted.
That's probably a good thing there! 馃檭馃槉
