Can you help me with this ?

Do you guyz know how can one improve vocabulary ?(for an exam)
I try to do so but after a few days , I just forget everything and every new day I have to do like 30 new words .

@Alright023: Reading a lot and working new words into your everyday speech are good suggestions but they will take time. If the exam is soon I think you'll just have to wing it. My guess is you don't enjoy reading, or at least don't do it much? Maybe haven't found the kind of books you would like.
