@Alright023 As someone else said, you wil have to read more although that is unlikely to help you in the short term. The best thing is to see the word used in a number of different kinds of sentences so you become familiar with it in a context. The Merriam-Webster online word of the day (I look at this daily for interesting word origins or histories) gives definitions, synonyms and a number of real life use examples.
