Can you help me with this ?

Do you guyz know how can one improve vocabulary ?(for an exam)
I try to do so but after a few days , I just forget everything and every new day I have to do like 30 new words .

You should try to write out what your issue is more clearly.
Is the exam about defining words? or using them in particular situations?

@LamontCranston It's about Reading Comprehension and to answer questions on the basis of that .

@Alright023 As someone else said, you wil have to read more although that is unlikely to help you in the short term. The best thing is to see the word used in a number of different kinds of sentences so you become familiar with it in a context. The Merriam-Webster online word of the day (I look at this daily for interesting word origins or histories) gives definitions, synonyms and a number of real life use examples.
Put determined effort into this. Communications skills, starting with word meaning comprehension,whether through reading or listening, are among the MOST important things you can learn.
