I am in so much study pressure that I am forgetting about temperature and sleep...

You need to break this down in "bite-size" pieces. Take the 15 minutes you don't think you can afford to write down a schedule, time-blocking study, papers, etc. into doable tasks throughout each day. Don't forget to program in time for breaks, prayer/meditation, etc. Right now, you are overwhelmed by time controlling you. You need to take control and manage time. Do it.

@Riemann That's a start, but don't become (too) dependent on others.

sounds like you're remembering now. a nice hot bath and some dream time, maybe?

@SW-User A few days ago, I found out that I have deadlines of 3 assignments by the end of this month. Two around 3000 words and one is 1500 words. Then at the beginning of the next month, there is an exam and an assignment of around 3000 words...
I need to get these done soon.

@Riemann that's a lot... but you still must take care of yourself, intermittently. you can't get all that done if you're rundown.

@Riemann Wow, that's a lot... sorry for this situation( I understand perfectly your condition, and I think you really have to find some time to rest, because it has bad impact on your body. And I would suggest you could maybe use some essay writing service, so you you won't have to run yourself to complete exhaustion. Here s good one https://us.bestdissertation.com/. If you're really out of time... Take care of yourself!

Keep your humanity, don't let a piece of paper dictate your life. You will do fine, just give yourself the breaks you need and remember that it's a piece of paper that someone could throw in the trash.

@MartinTheFirst I kind of relate to this...
