Learning english

I think immersion is the best way. Either by speaking it as much as possible or listening/watching English language TV and radio. It's a good way to pick up intonations and some of the nuance of the language. I also think some of it may be influenced by where you are. In areas where English as a second language is very common, most native English-speakers will appreciate the effort and just roll with any hesitations or misuse of words. Much more encouraging than in places where there isn't a large population of immigrants.
