The Quality of these Graduates has Suffered...Harvard, Yale, UC Berkeley

"As Star Parker, founder and president of the Center for Urban Renewal and Education, pointed out: “The diversity that really produces benefit in education is diversity of opinion, and Harvard has virtually none. In the most recent annual survey that the Harvard Crimson does of the university faculty of Arts and Science, more than 80% self-identified as ‘liberal’ or ‘very liberal.’ Only 1% self-identified as ‘conservative’ and zero as ‘very conservative.’”

Harvard and Yale are not the only schools to no longer participate in U.S. News & World Report’s Best National University Rankings. UC Berkley has also decided to unrank itself.

For these schools, this isn’t just a case of sour grapes; it’s an unwillingness to admit that when merit, achievement, and equal opportunity are thrown to the side, the quality of graduates suffers."

Yale Law School grads were among those who refused to allow a conservative guest speaker to speak, and judges all over the nation are boycotting the hiring of Yale Law School grads, who have never been taught the
precepts of debate.

As long as professor maintain tenure and other staff are paid, the excellence in education will and continues to suffer. Not to paint w/ a broad brush, there are great dedicated teaching professionals but they’re relegated to the background, stifled, threatened and worthy students suffer.
It’s not so much as educating as it is about, and pushed hard, indoctrination of leftist ideologies.

@soar2newhighs I think parents need to do their research about tenured professors and their hard left idealogies before investing in their children's education.
@4meAndyou I agree, unless the child(ren) can afford to pay their own way. Very likely not happening at a Ivy League university. They need a real education…Lol!

@soar2newhighs I still remember the Dean at University of Hartford Art School, wearing a see through shirt, striped bell bottoms, and his hippie beads and sandals, leading a pair of Irish Wolfhounds as he came to address the new students...my parents should definitely have done their research...🤣🤣🤣
