What are some subjects of study that might prove practical and useful?

Come to realize I really don't know much about anything and I think I'd like to educate myself a little.
I've thought about things like chemistry, survival tactics, emergency medicine application, etc. what do you think

Take an EMR course its the prerequisite for EMT and advanced for first aid. Its simple and good to know.

Martial arts, good for your body, reflexes and senses. Just be better at utilizing your body as a tool. I use it to reduce stamina usage at work by using balance and momentum rather the muscluar force at times.

Learn to cook. Everyones got to eat. Make it taste good. Impress the ladies.

Leadership or public speaking? Learn to take control of the situation, barter your way through town, become a slick talker.

Whatever you actually do, spend some time studying women. Little can be more practical and useful.
