Teachers, why the hell do you purposely pair students up with peers that they don’t like or can’t stand?

I remember my teacher purposely doing that sometimes when she chosen the groups. I never really asked why because I don’t want her scolding at me. Why do teachers always do shit on purpose?

It’s a policy they adopted a few years ago. They wanted children to not have friends or best friends, so by pairing disharmonious relationships, they attain their goal. Yes, it sounds insane, but this ideology is insane, and has no common sense.
