What are your thoughts on college behind bars?

College for prisoners?

Most companies don't hire felons...

I'd be really interested to see how they do once released from prison with their prison degree 🤔

I believe it’s a good thing. I hire felons, if I sense something.
They could start a business, themselves. 😊

@iamnikki We all make mistakes, some worse than others but when I talk to someone, I can see certain things in mannerisms, potential dedication, personality demeanor, how they are relating to others, and eyes, etc. I am looking for many things.

I have this trained ability, to sense “character” in someone.

I also bet that I am more accurate than a psychological makeup or personality test. 😊🌺
