Is this true? I heard that Biden is actually considering a travel ban to and from the state of Florida.

I heard that Florida has increasing numbers of infection from the more contagious and more deadly UK mutation of the virus, and that Joe Biden now wants to use federal powers to restrict travel...so that Florida residents could not leave, and residents from other states could not enter.

I'm wondering if that is really true or is it more hate mongering?

And, if it is true, has the Constitution been changed in some way so that it has become legal for the federal government to impose travel restrictions on the states?

This has been reported. Same for other states with “mutant strains”?
He’s entering either on his own or is being pushed into this by his handlers and it’s a very risky if not a dangerous move.
Keeps this up, the Capitol incident will potentially look like a walk in the park, the people are fed up!

@soar2newhighs Please read the link I posted for 4meandyou. It's not true. Someone was trying to stir up trouble.

@SW-User "Miami Herald:
afternoon quotes a White House official answering a question about the virus UK mutation: “...we’re having conversations about anything that would help mitigate spread.”

Several paragraphs later, the article quotes two other officials clarifying that “...no policy announcements are imminent, and that any move to restrict travel or impose new health measures would be taken in partnership with state and local governments.”
@4meAndyou Exactly. It always amazes me how certain pieces of information are taken out of context to suit someone's purpose.

I really don't think he will attempt to approach Gov. DeSantis. That would create more than a huge ruckus. lol.
@SW-User The administration is considering it as per Biden’s spokesperson and It has generated a response from Florida’s Governor.

@SW-User @soar2newhighs Both of you are correct, apparently.

@soar2newhighs lol. Oh yes, it definitely generated a response from DeSantis & Rubio last night on Fox. Common sense tells me that it was never really considered seriously. Simply for the fact that DeSantis would never, ever agree to it.
