Biden is presently speaking about the Covid Response. He is not wearing a mask, keeps coughing into his own hand, and then wipes it on his tie. :D :D

Update: He is NOW using about 20 pens, with his unwashed hands, to sign all of the Executive Orders. He is tucking the pens INSIDE the orders...except when he forgot, and the poor female aide had to touch the pen to keep it from rolling onto the floor.

He is only slurring his words a little bit...and just said something very nasty to a reporter...🤣
