What do you make of the 'unfair results' claim levelled at the UK 'A'-Level examination board following the 'predicted grade' and 'non-exam'debacle
Huge outcry today as students who would have sat their A-Level exams and been graded accordingly, have had to settle for what the examining board has determined as their 'final grade' because the students were unable to sit the exams due to covid-19.
Going to give a huge headache to the appeals process as thousands are predicted to challenge the grades they've been given.
Also a massive headache for universities who will now be scared to offer students places should their 'chosen' students find their places cancelled because those with 're-graded' results are better.
I wonder if any other nation is going to have the same problems.
