In georgraphy it is located near to China.

Impact caused the Himalayas to rise and many sea shells can be located there embeded in soil/rocks...
pakistan /Tibet /nepal and Sri lanka were all aa part of the continent...Check the rocky shore outlines of the breakoff and madagasker islands....

Honestly its because people are ignorant. When we here in the U.S. Here Asian, we automatically think China, japan, Korea, SE Asia.

Asia runs from the Mediterranean to the Pacific. it's just Narrow mindedness
